Trefl Toys does not collect payment or complete purchases through this site. The checkout copy is saved only in your browser; no payment has been made, so there is nothing to refund through Trefl Toys.

Purchases from product sources

If you purchase a toy through a linked brand or retailer, that seller's return and refund policy applies. Review it on the seller's website before buying.

Your consumer rights

Any statutory rights you have under applicable law remain with the seller from whom you made the purchase. This page does not limit those rights.
